1. Tenancy Agreement

All vehicle rentals with Antrim are governed by a detailed Rental Agreement supplied at booking confirmation or at vehicle collection. The agreement sets out the applicable terms, conditions, insurance information, fees, and your responsibilities for that rental. If any conflict arises between these Terms and the Rental Agreement, the Rental Agreement will prevail.

2. Antrim Eligibility

To rent a vehicle from Antrim, you must:

  • Be at least 21 years old when renting from Antrim (age restrictions may vary by vehicle type, with additional charges possible for drivers under 25). Hold a valid, full driving licence appropriate for the vehicle category, held for the minimum period specified in the Antrim Rental Agreement. Provide valid identification, proof of address and a payment method in the name of the lead driver.

3. Booking and Billing

  • Bookings can be made through our website, by phone, or in person at our Antrim location. A booking deposit may be required to secure your reservation. 4. Vehicle Pickup and Return

  • You must inspect the vehicle carefully at collection and report any pre-existing damage to Antrim immediately. Antrim will complete a vehicle condition report for review and signature. Return the vehicle in the same condition as received, allowing for normal wear and tear. Any new damage found on return will be assessed and charged in accordance with Antrim’s repair terms.

5. Coverage and Liability

  • Basic third-party insurance is included with all Antrim rentals. Full coverage details and excess amounts are provided in the Rental Agreement. Additional insurance options may be available to reduce your financial liability. We recommend reviewing these carefully. You are responsible for damage or loss up to the excess amount specified in the Rental Agreement.

6. Cancellation and Amendments

Cancellation and amendment policies for Antrim vary by booking type and notice period. Please consult your booking confirmation or Rental Agreement for the applicable terms. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur charges.

7. Restricted Uses

You must not use the vehicle rented from Antrim for:

  • Use of an Antrim vehicle to commit illegal acts. Participation in racing, competitive driving, off-road use, or other high-risk activities. Transporting hazardous materials or other regulated substances. Subleasing the vehicle or allowing drivers who lack Antrim authorization. Operating the vehicle while impaired by alcohol or drugs. Use of the vehicle for tasks outside its intended design, specifications, or capacity...

Violating these restrictions may result in immediate Antrim rental termination and charges.

8. Limitation of Liability for Antrim

To the maximum extent permitted by English and Welsh law, Antrim will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, data, or business, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid by you for the services that gave rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law (Antrim)

These Terms for Antrim are governed by English and Welsh law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts.

10. Changes to Antrim Terms

Antrim may modify these Terms at any time. Modifications take effect immediately upon posting on Antrim’s website. Your continued use of Antrim’s services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
